The floor features a common-area workspace with a half-wall divider, a kitchenette, one single restroom, an open conference room for collaboration, and three closed production offices offering privacy for meetings and focused work.

Studio 3 : Studio Three’s first-floor production offices offer a convenient, functional workspace designed to support on-site production teams. The layout includes two large production offices that provide ample room for staff, meetings, and coordination throughout the day. The space also features a kitchen for crew convenience and three single restrooms, creating a comfortable, self-contained environment.
